Different Types of Water Filters

Under Sink Water Filters

Under sink filters are compact systems installed beneath your kitchen sink to provide clean, fresh-tasting water straight from the tap. They remove chlorine, sediment, and unpleasant odours, making everyday drinking water safer and more enjoyable for your family without taking up bench space.

Whole House Water Filters

Whole house filters are designed to protect every tap, shower, and appliance in your home. By filtering out dirt, rust, and sediment at the point of entry, these systems improve water quality throughout the entire property and help extend the life of your plumbing and appliances.

UV Water Filters

UV (ultraviolet) filters are an excellent solution for homes that use tank, bore, or rural water supplies. They use powerful UV light to kill harmful bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms without adding chemicals, ensuring your household water is safe to use for drinking, cooking, and bathing.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

Reverse osmosis is the gold standard of water filtration, removing fluoride, heavy metals, and up to 99% of dissolved impurities. These systems provide the purest drinking water possible, ideal for households that want complete peace of mind about what comes out of their taps.

Filter Cartridges & Replacements

All water filters require cartridge replacements to keep them working effectively. Depending on the system and water quality, cartridges are typically changed every 6 to 12 months. Regular replacements ensure your filter continues to deliver clean, safe, and reliable water year-round.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Michael was so unbelievably helpful in assisting me with an emergency plumbing issue that required turning off the main water supply. He offered to FaceTime and patiently walked me through the entire process to ensure we could get the water off and wait for an emergency plumber to come out. He made the whole process feel easy and was super friendly which allowed for a laugh in a very stressful situation.

Not only was he punctual, but he was also very transparent about the work and pricing. His workmanship is top-notch, and it's clear he takes pride in doing the job right. It's great to find a professional you can trust. Thank you, Ellis, for your outstanding work!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. First time to use BTTD for some plumbing, Ellis and Ethan both showed up on time as scheduled by Paige. I explained the issue i was having. Ellis made a recommendation and a review of other possible issues was done throughout the house inside and outside. After assessing Ellis presented a cost and list of work to be done which was very fair. Ethan carried out the work and I was very happy with the plumbing work done on the Hot Water System, Small Rectification of drain from hot water system. The Tapware Installed was also of high Quality. I would highly Recommend BTTD for plumbing work for a Fair Price, workmanship and Quality.

Very thorough workmanship and a personable guy, even entertained my son in good spirits when he tried bothering him.
A breath of fresh air with these fellas.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a blocked kitchen sink and called a local plumbing service. Ellis and Zac from BTTD showed up and sorted the problem out.

The also did a through inspection and uncovered a bunch of other problems. This means I will not be deling with problems that I would have had NO idea about and potentially saving me thousands of dollars in property damage through burst pipes. See the image attached. Nasty.

This was one of several issues they found ad resolved for me. The were through and courteous.

They are my new permanent plumbing go-to.
