Connor organised a water efficiency certificate the following day and I was very impressed with all the work that was carried out very smoothly. 5 Stars ⭐️ I had an excavator operator to come around and level my front yard and pull the roots. The operator unfortunately hit the main power and NBN and disconnected it. The operator dug the trench for the sparkies and hit and broke every piece of plumbing in the trench. The blame game began between the sparkies and Operator and no one would pay for it. I contacted BTTD and they came out and fixed it. The last two days have been hell with no power or water, I can’t thank BTTD enough. They looked after me. I highly recommend and I will use them for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you thank you thank you.

Michael is just awesome. Super friendly and honest. He clears our sink due to fat blockage within half an hour with ease and even cleans the mess in the sink. He understands whether it is an emergency to prevent you paying unnecessary bills after hours. Electronic invoice is available upon payment. 100% Recommended!! Michael fixed an ongoing problem occurring for 6 years in the bathroom (from the time I bought this brand new unit). It was a really bad smell coming every time someone used the shower. It also came randomly during the day and at night. I was having all sorts of issues with my tenants for this situation. During the last 6 years I paid at least 4 plumbers, the builder also came several times with his team of plumbers and NONE of them could come up with a solution. I had to open a case with QBCC and they didn’t help either. All of these entities said that everything was perfect; the pipework, installation, they couldn’t find any problem. So WHY IS THE SMELL???? Were all my tenants and I crazy? It was obvious that there was a problem but the plumbers just said that we had to clean the drains every week…. We were expending large amounts in buying drain-cleaning products, applying them every week and nothing! Had to bring the rent down…I was in despair! What I was supposed to do with my property?. Michael was my last hope. And he did a brilliant job!!! He suspected that the rubber seal behind the toilet was starting to wear off. When he came to do the inspection, he found that the builder didn’t even used a rubber seal! All this nightmare and “no-one” even thought about it before! This guy is brilliant. Thanks Michael, my nightmare is over.

Awesome service and extremely thorough in not only clearing the blocked drain, but diagnosing the issue, where it was and how it needed to be addressed. Micheal was communicative prior to arriving at my house as there was a slight delay with another job, so he kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and will be my first point of call for any future issues. Can’t recommend Michael highly enough!

I called and spoke to these guys about my hot water system not working. He was able to work with me over the phone to diagnose the issue as being an electrical fault and was super honest and suggested I call an electrician and save them charging me a call out fee. The free advice he gave me was 100% spot on. The electrician worked out that it was a faulty switch from Energex that controls the peak/off peak power supply. So glad I spoke with these guys. Am saving their details in my phone for next time I need a plumber.

We had an issue before lunch on Christmas Eve and these guys came to our rescue. Michael sent two gents out to fix our problem. Both men were very professional and a real credit to the business. Each of them introduced themselves as I meet them, asked if I wanted them to remove their boots before entering the house. They explained what they found, and what they were going to do at each step giving my wife and I great confidence that the job was being resolved right the first time. A special mention to the young apprentice as he showed professionalism beyond his age. We had blocked sewerage drain, Michael came that same afternoon. Using his state of the art machinery , unblocked sewerage pipes, sent down the camera , found the debris and removed it. All this in super fast time. Top tradesman, top bloke, thoroughly recommend his services
