Michael was so unbelievably helpful in assisting me with an emergency plumbing issue that required turning off the main water supply. He offered to FaceTime and patiently walked me through the entire process to ensure we could get the water off and wait for an emergency plumber to come out. He made the whole process feel easy and was super friendly which allowed for a laugh in a very stressful situation.

First time to use BTTD for some plumbing, Ellis and Ethan both showed up on time as scheduled by Paige. I explained the issue i was having. Ellis made a recommendation and a review of other possible issues was done throughout the house inside and outside. After assessing Ellis presented a cost and list of work to be done which was very fair. Ethan carried out the work and I was very happy with the plumbing work done on the Hot Water System, Small Rectification of drain from hot water system. The Tapware Installed was also of high Quality. I would highly Recommend BTTD for plumbing work for a Fair Price, workmanship and Quality.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ellis and his colleague when I had a leaking soldered joint. Very thorough workmanship and a personable guy, even entertained my son in good spirits when he tried bothering him. A breath of fresh air with these fellas.

I recently had a blocked kitchen sink and called a local plumbing service. Ellis and Zac from BTTD showed up and sorted the problem out. The also did a through inspection and uncovered a bunch of other problems.
